I lost my ship at 18:52, and I think Concord agents first put out a call in the Gallente Chat channel at about 18:45. So I'd guess it started between 18:30 and 18:45

In a perfect world everyone took part would recieve a piece of the reward, and everyone who lost a ship would have it replaced by Concord, but I wouldn't hold my breath for that.

I see that between the time I wrote and posted the other thread, Tarquin Tarquinius also created an RP thread. Sorry, I was not trying to one-up. However, it looks like Tarqin's thread is sympathetic to CONCORD while mine is a neutral report, so I suppose it is good to have different perspectives.
I would also note that this is the best event I have gone to (the part that happened in Stacmon), even though its disposition was unanticipated. Properly played, this was a highly successful event, not a failed one. I'm looking forward to a follow up event.
I took no offense. I posted mine right after the event occured as a "Pro-CONCORD" response to the massacre. Yours, seems to be a little more ambivalent.
This really was a great event. AURORA needs to do more of these in highsec. It was really cool seeing all the pilots firing on the Nyx.

This event should be mentioned in a News story. That way everyone will know about it. Possibly even an EVE Chronicle.
I think it's kinda rare for an angry mob to rip CONCORD to shreds.
